Ambershaw Metallics closes acquisition of AMI magnetite project
The Asset Purchase Agreement announced in November 2015 has closed. The closing gives Ambershaw Metallics 100% ownership of the BLIG assets, where the AMI DR-grade magnetite pellets operation will be built.
