Who We Are

He has worked in the natural resources and energy sectors in corporate finance. Former Senior Vice President at Vedanta Resources Plc., where he led a series of transformational acquisitions and global financings including the acquisition of Cairn India, Anglo Zinc and iron ore assets in Liberia. Prior to that he was Principal with a leading emerging markets hedge fund where he was involved with a number of complex acquisitions, financings and restructurings in the mining and energy sectors. He has also worked as an investment banker for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, DLJ and Lazard. He qualified as Chartered Accountant with PwC and has a BCom from Loyola College.
