Ambershaw Metallics closes acquisition of AMI magnetite project
The Asset Purchase Agreement announced in November 2015 has closed. The closing gives Ambershaw Metallics 100% ownership of the BLIG assets, where the AMI DR-grade magnetite pellets operation will be built.

Legacy Hill Resources signs Asset Purchase Agreement with Receiver of Bending Lake Iron Group Ltd.
Legacy Hill Resources signs an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of 49 patented freehold mining claims and 3 licences of occupation in the Bending Lake Area, of Northwestern Ontario (“the BLIG assets”). The mining claims, referred to as the AMI project, hold an NI 43-101 compliant resource of 336Mt of 30% Fe in the indicated and inferred categories. The agreement is subject to the rules and timeframe of the receivership process.
